Loyalty Program Management™ Administration

From within RetailPOS™ Management Options™, Loyalty Program Management™ can be fully administered. Any Point-based loyalty program can be easily created, with Point values per transaction amount completely customizable. Working in conjunction with the Customer Management™ database, Loyalty Program Management™ will automatically tabulate customer Point balances on each receipt and update Point balances for easy view from within the system customer record.

Loyalty Program Management™ Operations

From within the primary transaction screens of RetailPOS™ Transaction and Customer Management™, each customer account transaction can be updated with accumulated Points. At any time in the transaction process, sales associates can easily view current Point balances or apply accumulated Points as credit to any new transaction. Because of Loyalty Program Management™ unique integration with Customer Management™ all processed Point data is secured to individual customer accounts easily and securely.

Transaction Mangement™ Is the complete transaction entry interface of RetailPOS™. Transaction Management™ operates all aspects of SKU entry and transaction completion with touchscreen, keyboard, and scanner capabilities.
Customer Management Is the dynamic customer information database interface used in conjunction with Transaction Management™. Customer Management™ allows users to easily access and update all pertinent customer information and purchase history while providing managers up to date customer information for marketing campaigns.
Barcode Management Extension Available as an additional module to RetailPOS™, Barcode Management provides complete control over the addition, modification, and label creation of inventory barcodes.
Management OptionsWhich is designed to maintain complete control over inventory, suppliers, customer database administration, special event scheduling, and full administration of all payment options and receipt options.
Report Center™ Is a Microsoft Office™ based reporting tool, which provides in-depth sales analysis and productivity charts. Report Center™ comes complete with full integration ability with all Microsoft Office™ applications.
